About the location:
The space of the food market is made up of 5 corners with cooking equipment, 80 seats and a huge greenhouse located at the food court entrance.
Every corner houses its leaser – a start-up offering a gastronomic project unique to the city. Space planning and decorating – street benches, fairy lights, lamp posts, trees – everything creates the mood of a street food festival that is open all year round.

Gastronom's greenhouse is the food court's main zoning element. Together with the store's sign it creates a well-balanced entrance unit. The space of the greenhouse offers a number of seats in different areas. The greenhouse is a metaphoric formation that represents a safe space for startups to 'grow' and hints at the organic origin and natural qualities of the ingredients that they use.
